We have outgrown our current facility!
This is a great problem to have—but one that came with some big decisions. As our service continues to grow, we reached a point where our current facility could no longer meet our needs. We carefully weighed two options: completing extensive renovations to our current building or purchasing a new property and building to fit our future. After thoughtful discussion and involvement from every member of the service, we determined that the best path forward was to buy and build. That decision led us to 421 Franklin Street, just a few doors down from our current station. We purchased the former motel property and began the process of transforming it into our new home. As part of this project, we are adding a garage to properly house our ambulances and equipment. Preparing the site and getting everything ready for construction has been a long process, but this moment has been a long time coming. We are incredibly excited to see this vision become reality and can’t wait to share the progress with our community as we move forward!
Update On the Building Progress!
We know many of you have been watching the construction of this building as closely as we have! The building is now mostly enclosed, with electrical work set to begin soon. Great progress continues to be made, and the timeline is looking promising—we anticipate being able to occupy the building in Spring 2026. We are incredibly excited about this milestone and can’t wait for construction to be completed. Thank you for your continued support as we work toward creating a facility that will better serve our community for years to come!
